From the game (instant)

Open Loop & Bloom → Settings (gear icon) → Delete my account and data → confirm.

Without the game

Email wilmardaniel25@gmail.com with the subject "Loop & Bloom - Delete my account" and the name of your Google Play Games profile. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your player profile (Google Play Games player ID and display name).
• Your cloud save (stars and settings).

What is kept

Purchase records (product, order ID, purchase token) are kept anonymized — no longer linked to your profile — for refunds and accounting. Your purchases stay in your Google Play account and can be restored with "Restore purchases".

Borrar tu cuenta y datos

Desde el juego: Loop & Bloom → Ajustes → Borrar mi cuenta y datos → confirmar.

Sin el juego: escribe a wilmardaniel25@gmail.com con el asunto "Loop & Bloom - Borrar mi cuenta" y el nombre de tu perfil de Google Play Juegos. Lo borramos en un máximo de 30 días.

Se borra: tu perfil de jugador y tu progreso en la nube. Se conserva anonimizado: el registro de compras, por reembolsos y contabilidad; tus compras siguen en tu cuenta de Google Play y puedes restaurarlas.
